FRIDAY, 2 FEBRUARY AND MONDAY 5 FEBRUARY - TEACHER ONLY DAYS
MONDAY 5 FEBRUARY
10.30am Year 13 meet in Wharekai – essential for Leadership Camp information.
6 FEBRUARY – WAITANGI DAY
WEDNESDAY, 7 FEBRUARY – YEARS 9 AND 13 ONLY
Year 9 –
8:40am meet in hall followed by pōwhiri/welcome at college marae.
School will finish for the day at approximately 12:00pm.
Year 13 –
8:30am meet at school marae.
10:00am, after pōwhiri, departure to Leadership Camp.
THURSDAY 8 FEBRUARY – ALL STUDENTS
• Year 9 9:00am meet in Hall
• Year 10 9:00am meet in Gymnasium
• Year 11 9:00am meet in Wharekai
• Year 12 9:00am meet in Design & Innovation Centre Foyer.
UNIFORM SALES (new and secondhand)
Sales will take place in the college hall:
• Thursday 1 February, from 12:00pm noon to 6:00pm.
• Friday 2 February, from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
STATIONERY
• Stationery packs and calculators for Year 9 students are available at the college on uniform sale days.
• Stationery supplies for Years 10, 11, 12 and 13 are available online at www.myschool.co.nz, and your order will be couriered to you.
• Stationery lists/requirements are available from local stationery suppliers and online at www.myschool.co.nz.
• Text books, equipment and payments overdue from 2017, can be returned to the college office from Tuesday 30 January.
ENROLMENTS
• New enrolments for all year levels will be taken between 9:00am and 2:00pm on Wednesday 31 January and Thursday 1 February.
SENIOR STUDENTS SUBJECT CHANGES
• Deans of Years 11, 12 and 13 will be available for students with subject changes between 9:00am and 2:00pm on Wednesday 31 January and Thursday 1st February.

On Thursday 24th March the 1st XV Rugby team headed over to Te Kuiti, amid threats of heaving rain and strong winds, prepared for all weather. The resultant rather hot, humid and occasional showers did nothing to dampen their winning streak. First up was Otorohanga High School which was the most stressful game for the supporters, scoring in the last minutes of play winning 5-0. Next up was the main threat to the cup Taumarunui. The players went out with a determined attitude and proved too strong winning 26-12. The local derby between TNT and Tauhara College was played in “golden oldie style’ with them unable to produce a front row. The score TNT 29 – Tauhara 0. With the cup most in our grasp the final game was a must win against Te Kuiti. TNT left no doubt in the organisers’ eyes taking this game 17-0
